SKIF-30

SKIF -30 system is designed to monitor extension-type grain tube mechanical seeders’ technological parameters and to control the relative seeds flow. It is equipped with new generation sensors (ДПФС).

 The system monitors:  

• minimum level of seeds/fertilizers in three feeders of seeder

• rotation of four shafts in the dosage device

• condition of two independent sowing lines (for seeds and fertilizers) in grain pipes up to 150 pcs;

• relative seeds/fertilizers flow in each grain pipe

• integrity of connection circuit of seeds pass sensors (ДПФС)

• functioning and voltage in electric circuit

• condition of the system integrity and proper functioning (line break, sensors fault, etc.)

 Additional options:

• минимальный относительный поток для каждой линии;

• minimum relative flow for each line

• data processing (in-situ/log-counting)

• time period for pass sensors’ numbers displaying in “SOWING” mode

• time period of alarm message displaying, etc.

Information available:

• отсутствие вращения вала дозатора (первые 10 сек после остановки вала);

•   dosage device shaft rotation stop (10 seconds after stopping)

• seeds flow drop though one of the coulter (“Coulter is clogged” signal)

• alarm message about clogged coulter number and the relative flow though it

• fault in the electrical circuit of the seeds pass sensors

• seeds’ level drop on each feeder of seeder below the preset level   

• fault of feeders’ sensors

• bad contact in the circuit of connection of system to the tractor circuit ("contact bounce")

• tractor circuit voltage drop below 11V or  system’s circuit break in case of accident. In this case visual and sound signaling turns on 

Additional options:

• Agronomical navigator mode after changing of the standard monitor to "Агронавигатор+" monitor.    

Quantity of coulters to be monitored – up to 250
